STUCK MOJO RETURNS!

SNAPPIN' NECKS & VIOLATED
THREE LIMITED-EDITION RELEASES FROM BRUTAL PLANET RECORDS

Crushing riffs. Rap-metal aggression. Classic-metal covers. Devin Townsend. Bonus tracks. Limited pressings.

The early recordings that helped establish Stuck Mojo as one of the most distinctive bands in heavy music return in expanded, remastered editions.

BEFORE RAP-METAL BECAME A MOVEMENT...

Long before rap-metal became a commercial phenomenon, Atlanta's STUCK MOJO were forging their own path. Their combination of heavy metal, hardcore intensity, hip-hop aggression, and massive groove-driven riffs created a sound that refused to recognize musical boundaries.

At the heart of the band was guitarist Rich Ward, whose crushing riffs and razor-sharp rhythmic precision provided the perfect foundation for Bonz and his explosive, confrontational vocal delivery. Together, they developed a musical identity that was unmistakably their own.

Brutal Planet Records is bringing two important chapters of that early history back into the spotlight: the groundbreaking 1995 debut Snappin' Necks and the hard-to-find 1996 EP Violated.

With expanded track selections, remastered audio, collector-focused packaging, and strictly limited pressings, these editions offer longtime fans and new listeners a chance to revisit Stuck Mojo at their rawest and most relentless.

🔥 SNAPPIN' NECKS (1995)
THE DEBUT THAT STARTED IT ALL

Before Pigwalk and Rising, there was Snappin' Necks.

Originally unleashed through Century Media Records in 1995, Stuck Mojo's debut album was an aggressive, groove-heavy statement from a band with something to prove. Guitarist Rich Ward and vocalist Bonz led the attack, backed by bassist Dwayne Fowler and drummer Brent Payne, creating a relentless fusion of metallic heaviness and hip-hop attitude.

From the opening assault of "Not Promised Tomorrow" to the devastating title track, the furious "F.O.D.," and the confrontational "Propaganda," this album helped establish the musical foundation that would carry Stuck Mojo through the rest of the decade.

This expanded Brutal Planet Records edition adds FIVE BONUS TRACKS! The additional material includes "Love Has No Colour," "Hotlanta," "Babylon," a demo recording of "Propaganda," and a live performance of "F.O.D."

Remastered by Rob Colwell, this limited edition includes all 16 tracks and a 12-page booklet featuring lyrics, photos, artwork, and credits.

⚡ VIOLATED (1996)
THE RARE EP BETWEEN SNAPPIN' NECKS AND PIGWALK

In 1996, Stuck Mojo released Violated, a six-song EP originally intended for the European market. Arriving between their debut and the influential Pigwalk, this recording captures the band during a fascinating period of musical development.

The EP features an early recording of "Violated," which would subsequently appear on Pigwalk, along with "U.B.Otch," an early incarnation of "Back in the Saddle," later featured on Rising. The short but ferocious "Pizza Man" remains a standout rarity, while live recordings of "F.O.D." and "Monster" showcase the band's raw concert energy.

And then there's "Sweet Leaf." Stuck Mojo's treatment of the Black Sabbath classic brings an unmistakable groove-metal attitude to one of heavy music's most recognizable songs.

THREE METAL CLASSICS. TWO DEVIN TOWNSEND APPEARANCES!

The expanded nine-track edition adds two more classic-metal covers: Iron Maiden's "Wrathchild" and Mötley Crüe's "Shout at the Devil." Both feature guest vocals from DEVIN TOWNSEND, bringing another extraordinary talent into the Stuck Mojo story.

Rounding out the collection is the demo recording "Hate Must Be a Gift." Together, these three bonus tracks transform an already intriguing EP into an expanded collector's release.

Both editions include retrospective liner notes from Rich Ward, recalling the band's early days, their struggles, and the experiences that helped shape their sound.
