Roxx Records proudly introduces Roxx GEMS, a brand-new Limited-Edition vinyl series celebrating rare and special Christian rock releases. This series brings to life hidden treasures—whether originally released in short runs, cassette-only demos, or never-before-heard tracks from deep within band archives. Each release is a one-time-only pressing, making these vinyl editions essential for collectors and fans of classic Christian rock and metal.
Roxx GEMS Volume I features two legendary Christian metal bands from the ‘80s and ‘90s. On Side A, the Bay Area’s SOLDIER delivers four previously unreleased tracks recorded in 1992. These songs originate from a brief studio reunion prompted by label interest but remained shelved until their inclusion in the now sold-out Babylon & Beyond two-disc set. For the first time ever, these tracks appear on vinyl.
Side B showcases East Coast Christian rockers TAKER, featuring their debut four-track cassette demo along with an additional previously unreleased rehearsal track recorded in 1987, shortly after their Matthew 11:12 demo.
Pressed on heavyweight yellow vinyl and strictly limited to 200 copies, Roxx GEMS Volume I stands as a must-have for vinyl collectors and Christian metal enthusiasts alike.
