Their fourth full-length release, Spiritual Warfare, is their heaviest yet, and they’re ready to shake the gates of hell.
Shining Force was born in 1995 when Billy Vaughn felt a divine calling to reach the poverty-stricken areas of Houston through music. Their debut demo, More Than Conquerors, set the stage for countless performances that touched thousands with their message of hope.
Over the years, Shining Force has evolved, bringing in new talent and releasing critically acclaimed albums like Holy Nation and their self-titled Shining Force. They've shared the stage with legends, crossed over to secular venues, and seen their music resonate across 26 countries.
Even in the face of serious illness, Billy Vaughn’s determination never wavered. After a successful liver transplant, the band regrouped with a powerful new lineup—Abel Molano, Chris Tooke, Ernie Lopez, and Arnold Cantu—fusing classic and modern metal sounds.
Their journey, marked by trials and triumphs, is a testament to their faith and resilience. Now, Shining Force is back with Spiritual Warfare, featuring gripping new tracks, stirring lyrics, and a guest appearance by Tim 'Ripper' Owens (Judas Priest).
