About the Album

Sacrament delivered one of East Coast Christian thrash’s most intense statements with Testimony of Apocalypse—a speed-laced, riff-forward assault that leans into the raw ferocity of European death/thrash rather than Bay Area polish. Vocalist Mike Torone tears through each track with a coarse, throaty snarl that heightens the record’s edge without crossing fully into death-growl territory. Despite the relentless pace, the songwriting stays memorable: “Conquer Death” rips with a full-throttle charge, manic screams, and a groove-laden bridge that sets up a molten lead break, while “Slave to Sin” and “Valley of Dry Bones” stack beefy guitars and classic thrash vocal cadences into an abrasive wall of power.

This 2017 Blue Vinyl pressing is the definitive way to experience the album—remastered by J. Powell at Steinhaus for maximum clarity and impact—and packaged in a jacket with spine and a lyric insert. With only 100 Blue copies pressed (Black sold out), this is a scarce, high-demand edition of an underground classic.
