Originally released in 1991, Kalhoun captured another fascinating stage in the continuing evolution of Daniel Amos. For this album the band even adopted the distinctive dä identity seen on the original artwork.
The new 35th Anniversary 2-CD Collector's Edition goes far beyond a standard reissue. Disc One contains the complete original 11-track album, while an ENTIRE SECOND CD is devoted to 17 bonus tracks exclusive to this CD reissue.
That bonus disc digs deep into the archives with acoustic mixes, alternate mixes, an outtake, rough mix, early take, instrumental mixes, the wonderfully titled "The B52s Evangelize Mars" and even a 1990 cassette demo of "If You Want To."
