BOONE'S OVERSTOCK
RETURNS, REFUNDS & PACKAGE PROTECTION POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES, except for verified errors made by Boone's Overstock or as required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the products and quantities in your shopping cart. Orders are fulfilled according to the quantities submitted at checkout.
Accidental duplicate purchases, incorrect quantities, or mistakenly selected products are the customer's responsibility and are not considered fulfillment errors by Boone's Overstock.
1. ORDER ACCURACY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all items, quantities, and shipping information before completing their purchase.
Orders are fulfilled according to the products and quantities shown on the completed order.
If a customer orders multiple copies of the same item, Boone's Overstock will fulfill the quantity indicated on the order. We cannot determine whether multiple quantities were selected intentionally or accidentally.
• A customer's statement that they intended to purchase fewer items does not, by itself, establish a fulfillment error when the order records show the quantities purchased and shipped.
• We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or pay return shipping for customer ordering errors, except where required by law.
• Customers should contact us immediately upon discovering an ordering mistake. We may be able to assist before shipment, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
• We will investigate credible evidence of a checkout processing error, unauthorized transaction, or discrepancy between the confirmed order and the merchandise shipped.
Boone's Overstock is responsible for correcting errors we make in fulfilling an order, but not for quantities or products mistakenly selected by the customer.
2. PRE-ORDERS — FINAL SALE
PRE-ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED.
Pre-orders are final once an order is placed. We do not permit customer-initiated cancellations, refunds, exchanges, substitutions, or changes to pre-orders.
• Pre-orders ship according to the estimated shipping timeframe stated in the product listing.
• Manufacturing or distribution delays may occur.
• When pre-order merchandise and in-stock merchandise are purchased together, the entire order will ship when all items become available.
• Customers who want in-stock merchandise shipped separately must place separate orders.
• Pre-orders cannot be divided into separate shipments after purchase.
• Accidental duplicate purchases are not grounds for canceling a pre-order.
Legally Required Exceptions: If a pre-order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will provide the delay notices, cancellation options, and refunds required by applicable law, including the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO CUSTOMER-INITIATED RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges for:
• Accidental purchases or duplicate orders
• Incorrect quantities selected by the customer
• Ordering the wrong product or format
• Changes of mind or unwanted merchandise
• Opened CDs, vinyl records, DVDs, cassettes, or other media
• Limited-edition, collectible, or pre-order merchandise
• Digital downloads or products containing digital download benefits, including RipStream™ and RipstreamNOW™
• Sale or clearance merchandise
Exceptions apply when Boone's Overstock has made a verified fulfillment error, a product qualifies for a legally required remedy due to a defect, or applicable law otherwise requires a return or refund.
Please report incorrect merchandise, fulfillment errors, or apparent product defects within 30 calendar days from the date of shipment. This reporting period does not restrict any rights that cannot legally be limited.
Customers must contact us at brutalplanet@gmail.com before returning any merchandise.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, subject to applicable law.
4. ERRORS MADE BY BOONE'S OVERSTOCK
If we send the wrong product, ship an incorrect quantity, or make another verified fulfillment error, we will work to correct the problem.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
• Send the correct or missing merchandise.
• Replace an incorrect or defective product.
• Issue a refund if an appropriate replacement is unavailable or a refund is otherwise required by law.
Refunds required to correct our errors or comply with applicable law will be issued through an appropriate lawful payment method, ordinarily the original payment method.
Photographs, order details, or other reasonable documentation may be requested to verify the problem.
If the customer received exactly what was ordered, including the quantities shown on the completed order, this is not considered a Boone's Overstock fulfillment error.
5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & RETURNS
International purchases are final, except where applicable law provides additional cancellation, return, or refund rights.
Customers are responsible for confirming the products and quantities ordered.
If Boone's Overstock makes a verified fulfillment error on an international order, we will review the situation and may send a replacement or issue an appropriate refund.
Whenever practical, we will resolve verified international fulfillment errors without requiring the customer to ship merchandise back to the United States.
Customers must contact us before returning international merchandise.
For customer-initiated returns permitted or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs where legally permitted and properly disclosed. When a return is required because of an error attributable to Boone's Overstock, we will comply with applicable return-shipping obligations.
6. REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT & PRICE CHANGES
Because all sales are final, refunds and store credit are not provided for customer ordering errors, duplicate purchases, changes of mind, or subsequent price reductions, except where required by law.
Boone's Overstock may offer store credit as a discretionary courtesy when appropriate and permitted by law.
Store credit is not a substitute for a refund when another refund method is legally required.
Prices may change due to promotions, inventory, product condition, availability, and market demand. We do not provide retroactive price adjustments or refunds because a product is later offered at a lower price.
7. OPTIONAL PACKAGE PROTECTION
Optional Package Protection is available at checkout for eligible orders.
Package Protection provides additional coverage for qualifying packages lost or damaged during shipment, subject to the terms presented at checkout.
Package Protection does not cover:
• Packages that carrier tracking confirms as delivered but are subsequently reported missing
• Theft after confirmed delivery
• Carrier delays or missed delivery estimates
• Customer ordering errors or accidental duplicate purchases
• Customer-requested returns or return shipping
• Undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect customer-provided addresses
Customers who decline Package Protection do not receive the additional benefits of the plan.
Protection claims are subject to verification and applicable claim requirements. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies required by law, including claims involving inaccurate delivery scans or fulfillment errors.

For verified fulfillment errors, defective products, or eligible Package Protection claims, contact:

Do not return merchandise without receiving authorization and instructions.
We reserve the right to examine order records, shipping documentation, and submitted evidence when investigating a claim.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or overrides consumer rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
