Originally released by Intense Records in 1993, Anthology arrived just one year after Vengeance Rising’s fourth and final studio album, Released Upon the Earth. It would become the final Vengeance Rising title issued through Intense — a closing chapter for one of the most intense and uncompromising bands in Christian thrash metal history.

For decades, this compilation stood apart from the rest of the catalog — never remastered, never reimagined.

Until now.

In early 2025, Roxx Records secured the rights to finally give Anthology the treatment it deserved. As work began on what would become the definitive edition, we received the heartbreaking news of Roger Martinez’s passing. The project immediately shifted in tone and purpose.

This release became more than a reissue.

It became a memorial.

Remastered. Reframed. Remembered.

For the first time ever, Anthology has been fully remastered by Rob Colwell, bringing renewed power and clarity to these historic recordings while preserving the raw intensity that made them legendary.

The tracks have been reordered chronologically, allowing listeners to experience the progression and evolution of Vengeance Rising exactly as it unfolded — from early explosive declarations to later crushing anthems.

The CD features a brand-new memorial layout by Scott Waters (NLTM Graphics), created specifically to honor Roger Martinez and his lasting impact on heavy music and ministry.

Housed in a traditional jewel case, this edition includes a 16-page booklet packed with:
