Originally issued by Intense Records in 1993, Anthology captured the ferocity, conviction, and uncompromising voice of Vengeance Rising at a pivotal moment — just one year after Released Upon the Earth, and ultimately the final Vengeance Rising title released through Intense Records.

For decades, this compilation remained the lone catalog title untouched by the remaster treatment. Until now.

In early 2025, Roxx Records secured the rights to finally bring Anthology back to life. As work began on what would become the definitive edition, we were met with heartbreaking news — the passing of Roger Martinez. The project immediately took on new weight and new meaning.

Rather than shelve it, we chose to press forward — turning this release into a tribute worthy of Roger’s legacy.

Remastered. Reframed. Remembered.

For the first time ever, Anthology has been fully remastered by Rob Colwell (Bombworks Sound), giving these historic tracks renewed clarity and impact while preserving their raw intensity.

The track listing has been reordered chronologically, allowing listeners to experience the evolution of Vengeance Rising exactly as it unfolded — from blistering early statements to their later, crushing declarations.

This edition also features a brand-new memorial layout and design by Scott Waters (NLTM Graphics), created specifically to honor Roger Martinez’s life and influence.

Pressed on 140g Opaque Blood Red vinyl, this limited edition of just 200 copies worldwide is both a collector’s piece and a memorial artifact.

The included 4-panel insert contains full lyrics and exclusive tributes from Pastor Bob Beeman and others who walked alongside the band during its groundbreaking years.

Vengeance Rising didn’t soften the message.
They didn’t dilute the intensity.
