WORLD AGAINST WORLD - UNTIL THE DAY BREAKS AND THE SHADOWS FLEE AWAY (*NEW-CD, 1998, Bulletproof)
For fans of Scaterd Few + The Crucified!
The only release from this band (formerly known as Spud Gun) is both musically and lyrically apocalyptic. Even the artwork will scare your mom half to death. But they no longer have the dirty punk-rock sound, rather think hardcore ala Scattered Few and The Crucified. The atmosphere is a combination of fuzz heavy bass, guitars in the vein of early Corrosion Of Conformity, and Jason K's plaintive vocals wailing. BulletProof Records released it in 1998 By far it is the scariest and the heaviest thing they ever released. Imagine mutually assured destruction happens ending in nuclear winter...forever. Not for those who doubt that God will judge mankind when He brings this corrupt world order to an end. On a scale of 1 to 100 this one vaporizes the geiger counter. Scripture references are provided in the booklet to back it up.
